We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view of the Giralda, but the room and bathroom felt quite small for a Deluxe Room. Location of the hotel is first class next to the Giralda and Cathedral. Breakfast was very good, service a bit slow.

Great location right next to the cathedral and Real Alcazar, you could get everywhere on foot. Staff at reception were extremely helpful.

On arrival the room we were given as a suite was not very good. I addressed this with the staff who gave us a new room the following morning 🙂 our stay was exceptional after this and the staff were fantastic we will be returning and staying at this hotel for all our future visits.

The location was perfect, from the minute we were collected from the airport our holiday started. Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks and a warm welcome. Staff friendly and helpful. Attention to detail excellent. Breakfast superb with helpful professional staff. On-site restaurants great. Will definitely return.

Central location right by the Cathedral. Wonderful scents when walking around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff recommended restaurants, made reservations on our behalf, booked tickets for the Cathedral and Alcazar. Excellent.
