Apartment Overview

Corral del Conde is a beautiful 16th-century building located in central Seville, 800 metres from the cathedral. Apartments and studios have views of the charming central courtyard, filled with plants and flowers.
The peaceful garden courtyard at Apartamentos Corral del Conde features its original fountain, chapel and bread oven. All accommodation opens onto the gallery which runs around the courtyard.
Each air-conditioned apartment and studio offers a TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, hob and coffee maker. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and toiletries.
Corral del Conde is within a 15-minute walk of Seville’s main shopping area, the Giralda Tower and the Alcazar Fortress. A wide range of bars and restaurants can be found nearby.

Very comfortable central to everything. Owner provided us with loads of information on restaurants supermarkets etc. The apartments are an oasis in the centre of Seville

We met very helpful lady that explained everything we needed. The host provided a list of places they recomend to visit, eat in. They answered every question we had. Apartment was worth the money. It was quiet during the night.

Excelent location, in the historic center. A maximum of 30 minutes on foot from Prado bus station. A beautiful historic building with a large green patio. Tiny apartment with everything you need. A well-equipped kitchen. Quick and smart check-in. The lady brought the keys 5 minutes after the phone call.

Old Spanish building with history. Thick walls, solid doors and windows. Built like a fort. Internal courtyard, trees, fountain, cobble stones. Modern fixtures-kitchen with large fridge, small stovetop (induction), toaster, electric jug and a small stovetop espresso type coffee pot. Pots, pans etc. TV, wifi, good size table, microwave. Sufficient bench tops. Wooden chopping board. Well equipped. Cutlery etc. Washing machine. Outdoor furniture on courtyard balcony. Very pleasant outlook. Leafy. Location quite good. Carrefour express around the corner. Word of warning; if visiting Seville for the Alcazar please book tickets online weeks in advance (yes really). The queues are horrendous. We didn't book - missed out.

The peaceful atmosphere. The location was ideal. Everything was within walkable distance but there was a bus hub 3 minutes away. The Setas and market was a short walk away and there was a well stocked supermarket 2 minutes away. The apartment itself was comfortable and quiet.
