Beautiful hotel room very comfy bed with a kettle and selection of teas. Bathroom lovely. Restaurant and very good and the breakfast was superb in terms of food and value. Pool is fine if a bit small. Gym okay for what I needed.

Great location. It's close to the old town through some beautiful streets - only about a 15-minute walk to main sights like the cathedral and the palace. Gorgeous rooms - clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great customer service: When I checked in, there was a problem with my room. This was explained to me politely, with apologies. I was given a different room for the first night, and when I went into it, they had left a bottle of fizz and some chocolates to apologise for the inconvenience. Everything was ready for me the next day when I returned from a morning sightseeing, and all the staff at reception knew the situation, so I didn't have to keep explaining it.
