Resort Overview

An indoor water park and a seasonal outdoor water park are featured at this resort. It is conveniently located near Pigeon Forge and Highway 441, just 1 mile from Nascar Speed Park. Spacious accommodation includes a full kitchen.
A 55-inch Smart Screen TV and free WiFi are provided in every accommodation at The Resort at Governor’s Crossing. Most units offer a washer and dryer.
High-speed water slides, a 250-foot lazy river and 5 pools are just a sample of the facilities offered at the Governor’s Crossing water parks. A fitness center is also available.
Who is ready for the thrill of the ride? Reaching three stories high, the Rushing River slides offer endless hours of splashing and racing fun.
Rushing River Racer, a 326 ft long side-by-side racer body slide, provides a unique experience giving guests the opportunity to challenge their opponent from the very top to the very bottom. Rushing River Run takes single riders on a 340 ft twisting tube ride, pushing them in and out of tunnels and around thrilling loops with 1200 gallons of water a minute.
The waterslides are the newest addition to The Resort’s indoor and outdoor waterpark action, which already boasts a 250-foot lazy river, a super-sized swimming pool, Adventure Springs, two indoor waterslides, hot tubs, and much more.
In addition to the new waterslides, Summer 2025 guests can also explore the fourth annual Butterfly Experience Festival, featuring more than 1,000 Painted Ladies fluttering around the butterfly enclosure. Guests of all ages will learn about the Butterfly Cycle and flower gardens while interacting with beautiful butterflies.
All waterpark adventures are included in every stay and are private for resort guests.
Dollywood and Splash Country are 3.3 miles from this resort. Tanger Outlet Center and Titanic Museum are less than a 5-minute drive away.

Loved all the slides. My kids played the whole day. The kids little water park was also lots of fun. The rooms were clean. There was popsicle patrol and lots of activities planned to do everyday.

I loved everything. From the moment we walked in the staff greeted us with a smile and explained everything since it was our first stay. They even called after we got to our room to make sure everything we ok and I have never had that at any other place I have stayed. The facility was clean and they have so many fun things to do there that you really don't even have to leave from swimming in a nice heated indoor pool area in the winter to mini golf and even ice skating. We will definitely stay here again it was an amazing experience.
