norik is very hospitable, proposed to make us visit the region in his free time, he could drive us to sevanavank for free, the breakfast was good and big, the rooms were very comfortable

I stayed at this property for one night. When I was booking the property, the picture shown was different from the room I received upon arrival. However, I was happy to have a private room with my own washroom and shower, which was really nice. No complaints whatsoever. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Norik's Guest House is a private house. Norik and his wife live on the first floor. There are separate rooms on the second floor for travelers: - kitchen with everything needed for cooking and making tea - shower with laundry machine - toilet - common space for sitting and chatting - bedrooms I was provided the room which was booked. Everything matches with pictures in booking.com. There is a supermarket next door, local market and main street around the corner, within 5-10 minutes of walking distance from the hostel, Sevan lake – 30 minutes of walking distance from the hostel if you walk through the field to the highway and Sevan lake is in other side of the highway. Norik was a great host and gave me a ride to the Sevan lake. Thank you, Norik. P.S. When I was leaving, there was nobody in the house. I didn’t know where is Norik or his wife. So, I closed the door and left the house. I hope everything is safe and in place in the house.

Lots of love and attention to little details to please the guests. Great gluten free breakfast if you cannot have gluten. TV in the living room with international channels. Excellent Wifi. Super clean. Comfy bed. Excellent price. Kitchen. The owner can drive you around. He is super nice. Big pretty house.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Noriks! The House is super cosy and has a lot of personality. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. They don't speak English but put a lot of effort into communicating with their guests. Norik even drove us to the nearby monastery in the morning. We can not recommend this place enough. Also the bed was really comfortable and the house really clean and organized!
