The Villa is perfect ! Trully magic! Very confortable and next to the lake, among the trees. The people extremely friendly, polite and nice. They welcomed us and made us feel like home.

Locations is perfect, the wood is around the cottage, its very worm inside (its really important in winter). If tou are by own car, many food courts are about 5 minute from cottage. Kitchen is perfect in the Cottage, very comfortable with many dishes and etc.

The location is good and in walking distance to the lake, restaurants and Sevanavank monastery. The villa is secluded between trees. There is a tiny supermarket nearby. The villa was clean, is spacious and has a nice terrace. The TV is quite large and can connect to netflix.
