The staff was very accommodating. I had a baby and needed the kitchen fully functional to heat milk and prepare soft foods. The staff immediately arranged everything we requested. The room was neat and clean, and there was a children's play area outside where my child enjoyed their stay. I plan to return in April during the spring season.

Best price/quality rate. Comfortable warm room - it was important bcs it was first snow. Restaraunt with taste food and good prices. Nice guys who work in resort, very friendly.

Pleasant resort few hundred meters away from Sevan lake, very close to Sevanavank monastery. All studios/apartments are located in separate small houses. The territory of the resort is well maintained, there are a lot of trees, a small swimming pool and a bbq place. Nice personnel. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.

Everything was great. The room is very spacious and warm. The bed was large and comfortable. The territory of the hotel is nice, lake Sevan is in one minute walk

Super helpful staff. Our door did not close and he sorted out immediately. Conveniently close to the church but no views and the place feels a bit run down, altough the unit/apartment as such is ok. Good wifi

We have found in this hotel everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The hotel consists of bungalows located on a small but very cozy territory. There are a restaurant, sun beds, a playground, a place to light a fire, a small swimming pool on the territory, it is possible to rent a bicycle. The beach is very close. Breakfast consists of an omelet (once there was buckwheat porridge instead), boiled eggs, frankfurters, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, 2 types of muesli with milk, dried fruits and jam, cottage cheese, sour cream, yoghurts, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of sausage, 2 types of pastries, bread, juices and brewed coffee. The bungalow had everything you need to relax, as well as good sound insulation, underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Cleaning is done upon your request. Special thanks to the hotel staff - they are very pleasant and hospitable.

The pool, the entrance area, and the walk-up alley to the room were very nice and green. The room could do better.
