The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Melia Setubal will provide a link to a secured payment platform.Please note that pets are allowed to a maximum of 2 pets per room and 20 kg total weight combined. A supplement of EUR 35 will be charged per pet, per night. A security deposit will be requested to cover eventual damages caused by the pet.All cots are subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Friendly hotel with everything I needed for my business trip to Setubal. clean, quiet. Breakfast was included and was nice. Bed nice and comfy. We were a large group attending a conference and it went off smoothly
