If you arrive after 18:00, you will find your key in a key box next to the entrance door, along with an information sheet. - Check-out is possible from 08:30, and breakfast is available from 08:30 to 10:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, the reception is open at irregular hours. Guests arriving on a weekend will be contacted directly with further information. Please note that the city tax includes the Ticino Ticket. It offers free benefits and discounts in the Canton of Ticino, including free use of train and bus services. nice spacious patio with views over the mountains, comfortable beds, good food, swimming pool with toboggan, well organised. deck chairs and towels provided at the pool when you have a room. Nice view from the balcony. Possibility to visit an interesting good. one and wild swimming in cool mountain pools close by.

Hotel location was great! A great outdoor area, big rooms with a balcony with a mountain view. The swimming pool area was huge and well organised with cantine to eat and drink, toilets, sunbeds and showers and changing rooms. We spent the entire day there as we visited on a very hot day. The hotel has a small playground for the kids.
