The staff is great, big thanks to Joao, the Portuguese guy made our check in experience incredible. He worked extra to make sure everything went smooth, together with that giving us a great feeling of security.

Location near Disneyland Paris, just 10 minutes by car. Family room was nice with a small kitchenette, which was perfect for having your own breakfast in the room, or having some snacks/drinks or take away food. There's a small supermarket, nice bakery and some restaurants/take away options in the village nearby (4 minutes drive). Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. We brought our dog and found the hotel very dog friendly, we could even bring the dog down to the restaurant. Fountains for drinking water on every floor so you didn't need to buy (plastic) bottled water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were really comfy. The breakfast was good. Great that the hotel had its own shuttle to the park and it wasn’t shared with other hotels.

Beautiful hotel, staff were extremely helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. 4 adults in the room and did not feel overcrowded. Ideal location for Disneyland Paris.

Receptionist was super kind and friendly! Everything was clean and tidy. The decor is very chic and interesting. We used the pool which was super nice with a good atmosphere (it was already dark when we went there). The breakfast was also organised pretty well. There was a variety of food and enough space. We also used the bus shuttle to Disneyland which was very punctual (10 min ride).

the bus service was very good and reliable. beds were really comfortable which is needed after long days walking at Disney.
