The room was bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect as the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Check-in was faster since the room was ready.

Bathroom fixtures from broken faucet handles.. Under the beds a lot of dust and disgusting hair of previous guests helped by the presence of some insects. Despite my early booking and requesting a specific view, I never received a response. When I arrived at the hotel, my request was not met, even though I am a stage 3 member on Booking and I informed them of that, and they said that the description of stage 3 does not mean anything to us and they do not understand what it really means.

Location great for Disneyland Paris. 10/15 min walk. 5 minute walk to a large shopping centre with good food options & a supermarket. Safe area. 2 bed apartment very spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers.

Pros *good value for money The area where it’s located it’s very clean, well kept and safe The location was safe as well, with families and children Walking distance to Disneyland parks , they also offer free shuttles Huge shopping mall next to it, you can find everything you need, but unfortunately it opens at 10 am, so no breakfast there Cons Not enough toiletries for three people for 5 days Not clean, dirty floors, table etc Nobody picking up phone calls in reception The heating is controlled from reception and had to go downstairs to request it to be put on every evening

Perfect location for Disney and Val D’Europe. Only issue we had was that we had a self catering studio apartment and you only get cleaning services if you stay for 7 days or longer. We stayed for 4 so we didn’t get any services. This was an issue as we had rubbish bins that needed to be taken away. Would be a 10/10 if there was cleaning services to remove rubbish for guests that stay less than 7 days. Other than that perfect hotel and will be back in future for sure!

Had a few issues with the room tried calling no one answering the phone at reception so had to get dressed and go to reception where staff was standing so not sure why they wasn’t answering phone was told they would send someone no one turned up tried calling again no answer to had to go down again also the beds are very uncomfortable

The hotel itself was very good. Beds were comfortable and very quiet at night which was a bonus. Breakfast was good, continental but good variety, nice start to the day. Great location for the Disney parks, only 15 min walk, so no need for shuttle bus.
