Top rate hotel very convenient for the terminal, top tip for tourist souvenirs you should take a look at the convenience store near the buggy transfer desk in the hotel, even on arrival at KL. That way you will get a good idea of true value of things in the city market’s, the convenience store is just as cheap very often & you can get them on the way out!

Swift check-in. Clean, comfortable, good lighting, well equipped. Buggy service very helpful. Room service timely. General hotel ambience amongst lush greenery.

Very nice hotel in the KLIA, perfect stay if you have layover. We stayed 1 night, since we have morning flight back home. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good coffee and delicious cakes at the bar.

For this hotel, the food price is as expected, but plenty and filling. I do highly recommend the the Royal Eggs Benedict for breakfast, excellent to say the least. the Club sandwich I had the previous evening was good, but what I thought was fries (US terminology) was crisps, but OK they were OK. I used this as a stopover from UK before traveling on the next morning

Great experience, we booked for an overnight stay before a flight and we were not disappointed. Check in was very efficient and we were offered complimentary late check out. Food and drink in the restaurant is expensive however it was excellent and in a lovely setting. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection to choose from. Would recommend for a hassle free overnight stay.
