Location is near to 3 subway stations and you need to walk a little for under 10min. You can detour slightly and passed by some eateries and small supermarket. Staff is friendly and helpful when our room's toilet is facing some issue. For price vs room size this is value for money at DDP area.

I liked that the property was pretty much close to other transport which made it very easy to go wherever I needed to go. Getting into the place was very easy. I just told them I who I was then got the key.
