I'm from UK where Travelodge hotels are considered budget hotels, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Great facilities, great location, great staff, etc. And at budget hotel costs.

It's location was right near the station which was fantastic and the room was super spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and polite and they have everything you need including washing machine, dryer and small eating area to heat up meals! However, the bathroom smelled really bad even when we got there and the breakfast is not good for how much it costs.

It was my 2nd time staying at Travelodge Myeongdong City Hall. Hotel is just 5 mins walk from City Hall metro station and there are two 7-11 just at the corner of the hotel. The hotel room size is quite big, I loved that it has a vanity table for me to do my makeup. The water pressure in the bathroom is also good, enjoyed my shower after a long day. Travelodge will definitely be my choice of hotel when I visit Seoul again.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and helped to get to some stations etc. It was also very nice to have a machine where you can get a wow pass or exchange the currency.

Central location near the city hall train station, early check in (at no extra cost), area to leave luggage after check out, helpful and friendly staff, two luggage wardrobe areas, a bathtub & shower, body wash & shampoo provided, hairdryer, steam proof mirror.
