Access to the city, use of space as it fit a lot of things in and had really useful equiptment. Well thought out, a lot of homely touches.

Host is very responsive, kind and empathetic. My kid was sick during the trip and vomited on the bed, in the middle of the trip. When we informed the host, he immediately arranged to have the bedsheets changed and the room clean up the same night, within 1 hour. This truly helped the poor kid to rest and recover properly as well as other family members to have a good rest. During our stay in Korea, it was also a period of protest. Had a few questions to the host and he responded to us very fast , helping us to understand the situation and be more at ease about the trip.

Excellent location! The walk from exit 15 of Seoul station to the building was smooth as the ground was mostly level. It was easy for us to get around with six luggages to and back as we went out of Seoul in between too. The bidet in the toilet was a great plus point. The view from the room with the large windows was one to remember. It is also just across Seoullo 7017 and Lotte Zettaplex which made it very accessible.

Central and easy to get to each destination everyday via train. Leaving to go airport on last day was a breeze too, no fumbling around with our luggage. Accommodation was extremely spacious and facilities provided were good.
