The room was clean and really comfy. Our request to get a room on the higher levels of the hotel was also considered and the location is great. We had a direct and easy arrival at the hotel with the K Limousine Bus from Incheon airport which took about 1 hour. The airport bus station is just 5 minutes away making our way back to the airport quite pleasant. The hotel itself is a 10-15 min walk away from the subway stations nearby and also has a 7-eleven downstairs which was very convenient for us. The service was great too. Everyone was really polite and friendly. We got a lot of help from the reception staff. Breakfast was also included in our stay. There was a good variety of delicious food to choose from like Korean breakfast with rice, western breakfast and even a noodle station. We also had a great dinner once at the hotel cafe, which we can highly recommend (might be just a little expensive). Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would book a room at this hotel again.

Location: easy to access to transportation with subway bus and bus to the airport. Customer service: friendly and helpful. Fast check-in and out. Arrival earlier than check-in time, but allowing to check-in before 15:00. It is so humanized service after a red-eye flight in typical Seoul cold winter. Thanks so much. Room: tiny and quiet for having sleep. Highly recommended for your stay in Seoul.

Clean room and toilet. Toothbrushes are extra charges. No shavers. Convenience store right behind. Bus stop right at front.

There are shops and restaurants nearby and some tourist attractions within adequate walking distance. The breakfast is good though without much change during the two-week stay. The rooms are clean and have enough space.

Good sized room and bathroom, storage space. 7-11 right behind hotel, bus stop right infront of hotel entrance. Bathroom was well stocked. Room in general was very comfortable

Location was good! The hotel rooms above level 5 were key card access only which is an added security.

Location was good including the airport bus stop across the street, but this is a relatively hilly area of Seoul. Housekeeping was probably the best feature-clean and thorough. Bed comfortable and towels fluffy. Check in/out is fast.
