The place is solid. More aligned to business travellers but has a great pool and is in a fantastic location. We visited with our family so took two apartments. I would certainly recommend however don't expect the warm hospitality of a normal hotel that caters to those on holidays. Very business like.

The location was amazing. Close to subway station, restaurants, shopping, walk to palaces. Especially great when travelling with kids. Each had their own room, we had a large kitchen and having a washing machine was also very handy.

When our flight was cancelled at 4am, duty clerk helped a lot as I struggled to get a hold of Air NZ. We were at the end of a long trip and it was nice to have such a spacious and comfortable space for a few days. The location is awesome for exploring Insadong and kids loved the pools.

The room was clean and very good quality with replacement of towels, bed linen and generous supply of bottled mineral water. There is a gym and swimming pool. Only used the gym. You can take a room with breakfast, or pay extra for it on the spot, having familiarized with the filling. Location is close to a metro stations, so getting around is easy. I would highly recommend this place for a stay Seoul!

Area perfect. Our 3rd stay visiting Seoul for 14 nights as our daughter lives there. 5 minute walk to 3 subway lines. Very easy to stay here. Can walk to many sites and restaurants. Insadong is a great area to stay in.

Was soo hard to find somewhere good spacious and good price for the family of 4, luckily I found this place, just a little bit off myeongdong but still have soo many shops next to the building. It’s very good if you have families
