Big room with beautiful view of Yongsan, comfortable beds, great shower, right by bus stops and stations, next to a big mall, also, a convenience store right in the hotel! Anyone wondering if you're going to get a room high up, you certainly will! The reception is at the 4th floor and the rooms start from 10th floor up I believe, so be sure on that!

The hotel was in a great location - right next to the train station and shops. There is a convenience store on the bottom floor of the hotel, which was handy. The room was comfortable and family-friendly. The staff are polite and friendly. Some staff members speak English which can be helpful foreign guests.

Location to Yongsan Station and convenience store just in the basement floor of the hotel. WOWPass kiosk for tourists available in the lobby - bonus! Housekeeping staff who took care of our room was top notch - consistent, neat, and clean. Front office was excellent and helpful.

The hotel is new. Meaning all amenities and spaces are well taken care of. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful. They helped us store our luggage for a few days as we were traveling between cities. The bus station was a few minutes away and had direct buses to the main attractions. Also there are 2 main train stations close by, line 1 and 2.

Friendly staff. Yongsan is a nice quiet location but still has good access to the city via the metro. The hotel rooms are large and inexpensive for Seoul. I'd happily stay here again.
