modern hotel in good area. handy to 2 or 3 metro lines and heaps of dining options. reception delightful and helpful. arrived pretty sick with head cold and sinusitus. Reception staff managed to find an ENT specialist 5 min walk away and within 30 minutes AND on a Saturdsy morning. This was after 2 hours of trying to find a doctor using "AirDoctor". (side note..... be wary of the Airport ecpress train for transfers to Incheon.....goes every 40 minutes but arrived to find the next 2 departures full. Managed to swap tickets with another traveller and it is a great mode of transport compared to the all stops train but just beware to book in advance)

the location was amazing, it was on the quiter side of myeongdong however it was only 10 minutes away from the bustling shopping streets. The station was also 3-5 minutes away and there was 2 station line you could choose from which made it even more convenient to travel around.

Great location! It's centrally located and there are two subway lines a few minutes walk away from the hotel. There is also an airport bus stop nearby. You can also walk to a lot of tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean and the staff does a great job! Didn't expect such comfy beds! I always have trouble sleeping away from home, but the beds and the pillows here were great. There is a convenience store inside the hotel, which is - convenient. The view was really nice!

First time visit to Korea and one off my bucket list. My room was beautiful size and facing Namsan Tower! Hotel is a good functional hotel However, being a solo traveller, I felt some of the staff very dismissive and unhelpful! When I asked for directions on my first day - lady told me get bus so & so...it's my first time in Seoul...I need more information than that!! I asked how to get English subtitles on TV. Initially, she was coming to show me then she phoned to say...ohh English tv is available as a package! I asked what package, she wouldn't say!! I wanted to know if I could top up money but she was dismissive and gone!! So I was there for 8 days with no English TV. Ohh she said I can watch National Geographic, it's in English! Then I contacted the desk to say I could not find samsung earbuds...again, I got no help and no interest at all! No one ever came back to check if I found the earbuds or even pretended to be interested. Very disappointed with the staff at reception.

The hotel is relatively bigger than the rest of hotels I stayed before. And was very helpful in helping us locate the taxi driver because we lost our phone on the taxi. Staff was excellent and always greet us with a warm bright smile. Check in was fast. Got washer ，convenience stall, good food n coffee outside. Subway was assessable. 8 mins walk to Mydeong. Nice

They let us check in early as the room was ready in the morning as we advised them beforehand when we would arrive. The room was really clean and the staff were great. They catered to all our needs and kept our bags when we had an overnight trip to Busan. They have laundry facilities in the basement floors, there is a convenience store next to the lobby and great local, cheap restaurants next to the hotel. Would recommend to stay again!

This hotel is in a fantastic location with access to 2 subway lines, buses, and plenty of things to visit / great restaurants to enjoy within walking distance! The rooms are simple but comfortable and the cleaning staff does an excellent job:) The reception staff were extremely helpful and the convenience store located in the lobby was very practical for last-minute necessities, tasty quick bites/ coffee, etc.
