The location was great; right in the center of markets, restaurants, cafes, subway stops and shopping. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and is inside of a shopping center. I would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Seoul.

Most of all, we liked the courtesy of the staff, particularly the restaurant staff. They were all very welcoming and hospitable. We appreciate the "gratis" bottled water provided daily. Second of all, the location is great. It is somehow close to a couple of local transport stations, and also really close to cultural attractions. There is also a convenience store downstairs, which was very useful. Room service was provided daily and they were thorough.

The hotel is lovely and in a great part of Insadong. There’s so many shops and food areas to try and the people who work in the area were all so lovely. The only downside was that there was loud protesting down the road that went until 11:30pm most nights. I can see it being an issue for people if you’re not aware and are light sleepers. We were happy to block it out as the hotel room was still very comfortable and the room was a very good size.

Good location, room was clean. Staff was friendly. Self-locker was useful because we could leave our bags for 12 hours with any charge.

I like the comfortable room and options to choose firmer pillows. The location is fantastic as we love hanging out at Insadong tea houses and enjoy Ssamziegil workshops.

Centrally located, near to palaces and a short walk to the hanok village. The handicraft alley is just right downstairs the hotel with abundance of tea shops and restaurants! There’s a few washing machines and dryers so doing laundry was never a problem! Super friendly staffs right from the receptionist to the housekeeper! Mr Lee and Mr Park at the restaurant were really nice and they were very dedicated in their jobs! Bed was comfy with a pillow menu to choose from..

Central, close to the palace and above a number of good restaurants and tea shops. Easy access to public transportation. The family suite was very nice for our family of 4.

Great value for money - spacious room in a great location. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant manager was extremely helpful and friendly!
