Great location and value for money. The guesthouse is located slightly uphill but it is not too steep if you walk from Myeongdong station. Despite it is only a few minutes walk from the station and the touristy Myeongdong area with major department stores, The North Face, Oliver & Young etc, the guesthouse surroundings are quiet. There are all basic items in the room (including heater) and a hot (& cold) water machine in the common area which I find very useful in my visit in winter.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, good location but up a slight hill for people that may struggle to walk uphill, and in a quiet area.

Location is good. Upgrade would have been better. Rooms and place itself then it would be perfect.

The room was great—spacious and clean. I chose one with a private bathroom. It’s not far from Myeongdong Market, just a short walk away. The host was lovely, easy to talk to, and very kind. However, it might not be ideal for those who dislike uphill walking, as the path is a bit steep. But it’s very accessible from the airport—buses stop on the main road, and it’s just a short walk from there. It’s also convenient for getting back and close to the subway.

the staff was very pleasant and helpful, willingly provided me with information regarding the possibility of transportation to the accommodation. There was no problem with a late arrival or with storing my luggage on the day of departure until the evening.

The experience was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, and the room was very comfortable, with large beds. The price was great for the quality of the room we got. For us girls, it was perfect because it had two mirrors and even a hairdryer. For two girls, this room was perfect, and there was cold water, which was really helpful for the sweltering heat of Seoul.

It's a very simple place, a bit messy but clean. There's anything you need and the staff it's very nice and helpful. The location is also very good. Maybe not the prettiest room I've ever been to, but still good value for money

I didnt expect a steep narrow stairs at all. Also theres a bad smell ,cant figured out wgat was it .

Good place to stay in Seoul, A lot of hostels near by, Seoul tower as well. Around places to grab some food. We had to leave before breakfast time but it wasn't a problem to do it by ourselves. Helpful personel, when we had problem with our room they immidiately offered different one
