Room was very clean and cutely decorated for our 9 year old daughter. Location was little outskirts of Seoul city center but that was out intention to spend time in Lotte World. Breakfast was the champion of our stay, marvellous. Thank you.

The room was clean, great view and exceptionally comfortable. The amenities are outstanding. It was suitable for my needs, but possibly a bit small if it were for two people, it would no doubt feel a bit crowded. A perfect place for families. I did not have the breakfast however, the restaurant was very busy every morning so I would take that as a good sign. This is a Mecca for shopping and food with the department store and mall right there. The subway is also easy access. The main lobby staff are very helpful.

Very convenient stay. The hotel links to the Lotte Department store and the underground shopping.mall, the metro and Lotte World and Lotte shopping centre. Everything you need is at your doorstep. Lots of places to eat and shop.

Very clean and nice. Staff were really helpful location was near the subway. Lotte department store and adventure world within a few steps was good.
