Hotel location is very good. Train station is right under it Hotel is old, but quite well kept. However room supplies are bad. 1st time I experienced having paper cups in the room. Also Bath room supply are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo...

A clean accommodation with a city view. Friendly service. All the convenient facilities are located in the basement, making it very convenient. The hotel is also connected to a subway station, making it the perfect location.

Staff is very considerate and accommodative. Room size is decent. Location is good, right on subway with bus to airport and all attractions. Many restaurants close by too.

The property is bang in the middle of a busy lovely area. It’s super close to both metro and bus as well. They have a small 7/11 set up and a coffee shop types at the entrance as well. Extra special thanks to the staff here since both my husband and I had forgotten our passports at our Busan hotel and we knew limited Korean. They helped translate and converse about the same to our hotel in Busan and even helped us ship the passports within a days time (we had to leave the day after that back to our country). So so helpful!🙏🏽

It was my second time in Seoul this year. I did not even check other hotels, booked here blindly. Location is great, access from airport is great, hotel staff is so nice, 7/11 near the reception. Many metro connections just under the hotel building, you can literally go everywhere in Seoul so conveniently. Pool is small but nice, I wish there was complete spa experience.
