The hospitality was wonderful -- a warm greeting and kindness from every staff person. The tea room was lovely and we dined on Peking duck at the restaurant which was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious.

For two separate reservations, I’ve received in both cases an upgrade • Well maintained rooms • Nice use of scents and smell throughout the hotel • Quite extensive gym • Elegant French style design • Perfect bed • Very clean • Pleasant and intimate hotel bar

Same as the last review, pretty much. Stunning room, beautiful decor, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The staff are friendly and super-helpful, and really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect and getting there via the subway is a breeze (details in my previous review).

Everything about this hotel was great - the location is central and RIGHT next to a metro and the central market. The rooms are huge and the decor is amazing. Very special. The hotel decor is also very original and nicely done. It's very good value for what you get. The staff are very friendly and on hand. We did the "happy hour" one night and the food was great and included unlimited food and drinks which was very good value. There is free parking right in the basement.

The decor of the hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s like a mini holiday in the hotel itself. Very elegant and beautiful.

We have stayed here before. The rooms are beautiful. Staff very helpful. It’s quiet. Conveniently located next to a subway station. Shops and restaurants close by in Myeongdong. We will return again!

The staff were super considerate. They upgraded me for my birthday without me mentioning it, and they let me check out later. The entire hotel was clean and smelled nice. Location is good and there’s a subway station right next to the hotel.

Superbe location, just outside metro station, department store, and one of the most busy shopping areas & food areas, a very balanced place to experience local life and touristy spots. Meanwhile staff was very professional, I booked also the restaurant Palais de Chine, the staff helped me a lot for reservations and recommendations, the service & cuisine was also impressive. This is a very satisfied stay in Seoul!
