Conveniently located between 3 train lines and walkable to many places of interest. Airport limo bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Rooms are very clean.

Hotel was in excellent location, however needs a little TLC, (Tender Loving Care) it needs to be brought up to a standard that guests would be happy with. You can see that the Maintenance has somewhat been neglected, some of the staff particularly in the restaurants need to smile more! A smile from staff goes a long way to make guests feel at home.

It is very central and easy to get anywhere from Koreana, even to and from the airport. The rooms are slightly outdated and could be better for the price. Staff were very helpful.

Great location n local shops were near by . My kids lived that there was a a shop next door which was open 24hrs for snacks. 2 of the older kid used the gym which they loved

Location is near train station and walking distance to Deoksugung Palace and Myeongdong area. The reason that we booked this is because it has direct stop from the airport (6701 bus that stops right in front of the hotel). However, there were rallies during our stay therefore the roads in front of the hotel were blocked. The property itself is one of the oldest hotels in the city but the facilities were maintained well. Prices are ok, room is clean, breakfast buffet has a wide variety serving asian and western food. We have chosen the family room with kids' amenities and toys - which I highly recommend for family travellers with little kids to make them entertained.

The hotel is located centralised of serveral attractions.It is near the metro and has a direct bus (paid) from Incheon Airport. CU combini is right beside it. The gym is pretty good with lots of different machines.

The facilities were excellent, very comfortable and clean. The hotel is clearly a little old, but has been maintained very well. I really enjoyed my stay - I had a long soak in a large bath, then a great sleep in a comfy bed.
