The apartment has pretty much everything you need for a simple long stay. Basic kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, ample toilet paper, toiletries and towels. Staff are often responsive and helpful. The apartment is warm during winter even without heating.

It’s very near to Coex exhibition center. Just 7-10 min walk. Subway is also near by we can be there in just 5-7 min walk. There is a 7 11 and coffee shope just at ground floor of the apartment. Everything is very easy and convenient

We love the location, its close to the stations, good facilities, and also has convenient stores on bottom floor. You can also cook if you want, but we mostly ate outside. Coex/Starfield is right in front! Will definitely book here again if we come back to Seoul!

Very well equiped place, the two beds situation is really convenient. There are a 7eleven + CU just down the building which was also ideal. Location was great, just a few mins by walk from Samseong metro station and Coex Mall if you'd like to visit. Host was quick to respond which was helpful.

Location, location, location! You just get the easiest access to everything you want for a very competitive price. Transport, shopping, food, you name it,,,,everything is at your fingertips.

We stayed from May 12 -31. For the purpose of our visit to Korea this time, to attend the Weeding and have side trips to other city / country during our stay, this place could not be any better / more convenient for us to stay. We could find the place was equipped with everything we needed , like our own home.

Very good location, in the centre, close to metro and buses. Two convenience shops open 24 hours on the first floor.

Great location on walking distance from COEX conference center. Clean apartment, good wifi. There is a small grocery store inside the building open till late. Also ATM on ground level. The property owner provided clear indications on how to enter the building and room. If you travel by public transportation: get off the metro at Samseong Station, it's only a 10 min walk from there.

Bed was so warm and comfortable. Shower and toilet were great too. Had all the facilities we needed (and more!)
