A beautiful location where you can take the elevator right up to the floor connects to Yongsan Station within the building. From Yongsan Station you can travel almost to everywhere in the city. The staffs are gentle, polite and very helpful. Plus there is a supportive screen near the reception desk which you can look up many information that helps during your travel in Seoul.

We stayed here as part of the SM Global Package and just extended our stay for our convenience. The hotel's location is great since it's just a few minutes away from Yongsan station and have nearby bus stops. When we checked in, the hotel staff allowed us to check in early since we were Accor members and they gave us rooms within the same floor.

I like the design of the room. In general the hotel looks fancy. I like that there is a mall connected to the close station with a lot of shopping and food options.

Everything was great: Wonderful cozy rooms, amazing view, very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location next to a train station and in walking distance of many restaurants.
