Perfect location for exploring Seoul. Subway within a quick walking distance. Ikseon-dong Hanok village right next to hotel and many other places. Easy check-in and comfortable beds.

Newly refurbished rooms are so much better than before. Comfort and location very good. Front desk staff are so helpful, friendly and efficient. Communication prior to visit was very good.

We chose the hotel because of the location and facilities in particular the roof terrace. When we arrived we found that the hotel was undergoing renovation. This meant that the roof terrace was closed and there was significant noise during the day. My partner was traveling with an injury so we were at the hotel during the day and looking forward to using the outdoor area. The hotel management went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated their attitude and concern for us.

The staff was the best part, they helped me in more than one occasion. The location is perfect: major transport links and walkable distance to most of the city turístic spots.

Loved the big communal hot bath in the basement. Everything very clean and functional. Lots of hot water in the shower. The best area that I found to hang around in in Seoul IMO

The location was super right in the middle of where I wanted to be for getting to the Palace easily the old villages and quirky little shops and restaurants. Wholesome Korean breakfast was served every morning, beautiful.

The location was amazing. Staff was very helpful. My husband left his wallet in the previous hotel, one of the staff (sorry, forgot his name) helped to find it.
