Location is very very good. Just behind the Apple store that is directly opposite to Lotte Dept. Room is designed with good thoughts. Lots of food choices around the area Though it may be slightly noisy outside but it did not affect our sleep throughout the stay. Remember to get the bagel/sandwich from L1, good choices for breakfast! Situated near to airport limo stop if you are heading to/from Incheon Airport.

Love the location and size of the hotel and room. Like it that it's almost always full so it felt nice, bustling and not scary. Generally very clean but I found a dead insect on my bed the last night despite just having the room cleaned that day .. .not sure what was it. That's the only issue I had.

The location is superb, with a doorstep away from the airport bustop. It’s also in the heart of Myeongdong shopping district with 2 subway stations just a short walk away (Myeongdong and Euljiro). There’s also coin laundromat (with detergent provided) within the hotel premises, which is very convenient. Room also has inbuilt mini kitchenette with an induction stove and basic tableware.

The price was reasonable and the location is great, close to shops and places to eat. The receptionist is available 24 hours and very friendly and speak excellent English. There are washing machines and dryers which help with our long stay there.

Location was ideal. It was a few steps from an airport bus stop but also right inside the shopping and eating area of Myeong Dong. Staff was very responsive, friendly/pleasant, and helpful. We didn't avail of any hotel breakfast but there is a bagel place right below that we availed each morning and liked very much, with a variety of sandwiches and pastries, and great coffee. Anything we needed was just a stone's throw away (there's an Olive Young right in front of the hotel and we were right beside an Apple store). Even the DMZ tour we did had its pickup at the Myeong Dong subway station which was a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Similarly, various subway stops and bus stops were all a few minutes away. The room had a combination safe, a huge refrigerator, 2 free bottles of water daily, and a smartly hidden wash sink with eating apparatus. Bathroom had handwash soap, bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. Outside our room (we were at the end of the hall just outside the elevators) was a microwave. In every other floor there were free drinking water dispensers. There was a mini gym in one floor, a laundry in another, and a roofdeck available.

Location was fantastic. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. We booked 4 rooms (2 twin & 2 triple) in total and all the rooms were huge, well furnished.
