I really like the hotel's location; it's right across from COEX Starfield and conveniently close to the airport limousine bus stop. The amenities are clean, the rooms are tidy, and the staff is very friendly.

Very clean, hotel front staff were really patient and the check in/ out process was smooth. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and the bed was comfortable. When we were missing bathrobes, they were responsive and let us collect it from the front desk right away. Let us store luggages even after checkout and communication was great.

- The room was clean and still looked new. - Very convenient and accessible to malls, train station, bus stop, and airport bus. Even the famous night market. - There were available simple breakfast for free! - There was a common area where you could just chill. - Owner was really hands on and made sure to have someone in the front desk at all times. - Owner was helpful in everything even the schedule of airport bus!
