Overall this was a nice place to stay for the cost. It is a little bit farther from hongik univ. station than I anticipated from Naver (about 15 minute walk), but the walk on the back roads through Hongdae street is really cool. The view was good, and the spa bath was quite nice, although the jets don't work (which was stated in the listing and not a surprise) and a plug was not provided. The room was mostly clean although there was a bit of scale built up around a lot of the bath/shower fittings and some of the lighting fixtures weren't properly fitted in the ceiling, but the beds were comfortable and the staff quite friendly and helpful, especially in arranging luggage storage - and ultimately for how cheap this place was to stay, we were fairly satisfied - it met all of our needs. If you're on a tight budget and want to stay near Hongdae, this is certainly not a bad option by any means. (Be aware they do not allow those under 19 years old to stay)
