This was our second stay here. We stayed for a few days then left for Busan and came back. We were able to leave our luggage in this hotel for the four days we were in Busan which was greatly appreciated. They stored our luggage in a secured room not the normal luggage area so we had peace of mind. The staff were really nice and always accommodated us wherever they could. Great to have washing machine in room so we always had clean clothes to wear. Love how there's intercom although some of them don't work well. Great to be able to see who's knocking the door. The bed was definitely much better than the last time so really happy this time.

Within walking distance to major attractions like myeongdong, gwangjang market, dongdaemun etc. reception was able to provide everything we requested eg drying rack, travel converter, plates, tissues etc. room was big enough for us. Very clean. Washing machine was very useful. There is a market nearby for us to buy fruits from.

Amazing for a longer stay. I spent 2 weeks here in total, split between two room types (a double and a twin) - I booked my holiday too late into the season, but I really wanted to stay here, so I was okay with switching rooms in the middle of my stay. Having my own washing machine and a drying rack was a real gamechanger. The wet bathroom concept suprised me at first, but I quickly grew to love it. I also loved that I could order packages online and food delivery directly to my room door. It felt as if I was just living in Seoul long term. I would like to also thank the gentleman working the reception desk for helping me move my luggage and my insane amount of shopping from one room to another. I hope I'll be able to come back one day.

Twin room was excellent, comfortable and clean. Exactly what we needed for 1 night and was excellently placed to go exploring around the area.
