Good location: right in front of a bus stop, a few min walk from subway, as well as nearby convenience stores and olive young. Amazing room: fairly new/modern design with enough space for 2 luggages (as a solo traveller). comfy bed and AC that works well. but most importantly, bidet! Friendly staff: The staff were kind enough to help arrange transport to the airport.

Location was good. Just minutes away from subway station as also minutes away from bus stop for shuttle coach to Airport.

Very comfortable bed. The cleaners always cleaned the room so nicely. Always refilled the fridge with cold water.

There's a good taste of the hotel design, yet it was a shame that some parts of the interior were covered due to the renovation. The staff were so friendly and supportive, their instruction of the shuttle bus 6703 from the hotel to Incheon airport was very helpful.

Breakfast was good. Not so much stuff to choose from but you can order stuff from the chef (for free) and his cooking is delicious.

First of all the staff at the reception was unbelievable kind and helpful… never had such a perfect service!! The rooms with balcony are awesome and huge. Nice quite area. All was perfect and I’ll come back for sure .

Hotel location was very good: easy to reach by metro as well as bus.However, I reached the hotel by taxi from the airport.

I really liked my stay in Hotel Crescendo. I stayed in the smaller room which is ok for one person. The bed was very comfortable, nice shower. The staff at the reception speaks really good english which is unusual for Seoul. There’s a bus stop right in the front of the hotel, very convenient.
