Hotel rooms are functional, with private bathroom, and amazingly located for seeing the classic tourist areas of the city. The front desk staff were friendly and, while in an area with bars and restaurants, a step removed from the real crowds down the road. Our biggest problems were banging noises from next door/the street that started at about 7/8am each day and the lack of a blind over the window to keep the daylight out.

location was excellent as it was only a few minutes walk to myeondong and city hall station! but i really got to give the staffs there a big thank you as i wasn’t feeling well and they were so kind enough to let me rest before checking out. their customer service is really a 10/10 for me! thank you for making my trip to south korea a good one! ☺️

Location was convenient and the staff were very kind and helpful. Check-in was easy and the staff went through all the procedures. The rooms are cleaned every day and new towels were also brought to the room every morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and gave it five stars! While the room was small, it was thoughtfully designed and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

The staff is super friendly and they let us leave our luggage at lobby till late at night. The lobby seems to have a staff around all the time.

Small, but very clean rooms. A phenomenal location in the middle of downtown Seoul within walking distance of metro, myeongdong district, N-tower cable car, Gyeongbokgung Palace and Deoksugung Palace.

the location is great, the neighbourhood is full of restaurants and bars to enjoy any kind of food, at the same time the hotel is super quiet and calm, you can not listen anything from the street. It was super clean and enough space for a couple of nights
