The location of the hotel is really accessible to subway lines and buses alike. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport. I also like that they have free laundry service. They also arranged an airport transfer via taxi without any additional charge.

Clean. Good location. Staff speaks English well. Loved that they have washing machine and drying tumbler for guests to use for free.

The staff was super nice (always someone at the desk, at any time) and can get by in English. They even telephoned to someone in korean for us when we had an issue with our camera. They were the nicest staff we had in South Korea so far (this is our 2nd time in the country and we went to 5 hotels). The area is super central. If you like walking, Myeongdong, Gyeonbokgung, Ikseondong, ... everything is super close! The room were not the biggest but we did not need more. The most important is that it was super clean, confortable and well-equipped. They even have a shared washing machine that you can use for free near the front desk. PS: We went there in October 2024

Still my number 1 Place to stay when i‘m in Seoul. The Staff is very nice and will help you with your questions. You can Walk to a lot of Places of use the Subway.

Location, Staff, Amenities, Cleanliness. Staffs are really accommodating and they are available round the clock. They are diligent in cleaning your room if you request for it. I asked for additional pillow and without any hesitations, they provided me one. I got the chance to use the laundry as well - reliable washing and dryer - you might just need to wait if someone's using it. Aircondition is good as well as the floor heating system. There are restaurants, coffe shop, and a 2min walk convenience store with climate card (beneficial for a tourist who wants an unli transpo ride with lesser cost). Rooftop is really with a glimpse of the city as well as the Namsan Tower.

The room was small but clean. The staff was always friendly. The area is awesome for seeing the best parts of the city, and it was quiet.
