Place is modern and clean but there are not many supplies and items to use in the place. Not a huge problem for us as we weren’t planning to eat there anyways. There was no AC controller, not enough toilet paper and kettle was dirty. Owner replaced the kettle with another used one that was a bit better. Didn’t get given extra TP or the AC control for the duration of the stay though. 10 mins walk from Bus and train stations. Laundry was good. Has a washer/dryer. Convenient enough. We also had a car for some days and that was great as there is parking underground. The owner is very attentive but maybe a little too hands on for our liking. They live in another apartment in the same complex.
