Great location, staff were really nice, very clean and quiet. The only issues we experienced were that we didn’t have very hot water, the bed and pillows were not particularly comfortable and the room’s temperature was really hot to sleep in - and then the air con was very old and loud … if location, reasonable price and quiet is what you need - this is a good option.

Great location near the station and plenty of traditional restaurants. Panoramic bar on the 16th floor had fantastic views of the surrounding area. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Devin, who went out of their way to provide us with recommendations on where to eat.

Sufficiently spacious twin room. Bathroom is also of a comfortable size. Clean room. 2 pillows for each person- one flatter, one slightly firmer so it’s good to suit different preferences. Provision of room slippers, seemingly a simple thing to have but not all hotels provide this and it adds to the comfort for me as I do not like to walk barefooted in hotel rooms.

Fraser Place is the perfect location for access to most of the more iconic tourist locations that we wished to visit. The heated floor of the room was a real bonus, and the reception staff were most friendly, polite and helpful. Another bonus was being able to leave our baggage securely in the foyer after leaving our room, enabling us to do more sightseeing before catching our flight later in the day.
