Absolutely perfect! Epic view from the room and great amenities. The swimming pool is really nice (provide swimming caps and goggles!). The staff was incredible as well. The concierge even helped us to book a last minute train ticket to busan. Perfect stay and staff!

Hotel was great. Spacious family room. Staff were lovely (especially Eunsol in the breakfast restaurant who made us feel very welcome). Will definitely stay again. Locations was convenient for the palaces and it was an easy walk to Myeondong.

Housekeeping was really thorough and also thoughtful by placing our room slippers right beside each of our beds and also refreshing a brand new water bottle everyday at the side tables. Not forgetting the fact that they actually made sure to throw away the used toothbrushes every 2 days so that we will always use new ones in a way. Gym was spacious, with at least 10 treadmills or so. Pool was rather small. Also want to shoutout to a staff named, Angela. She was extremely pleasant, initiative and also very helpful. She helped us with 2 restaurant reservations and made sure we got our cabs in time to reach the dinner places in time.
