The staff were really friendly and helpful and they were able to speak multiple languages which we were very amazed by! The rooms were cleaned very well everyday which made it a very comfortable stay :) Rooms were big as well with great amenities

The food at the restaurant was excellent.. not much on the menu, but the food was good.. Comfortable bed and pillows.. excellent location near Subway City Hall Station like 2 mins walk.. walkable distance to Namdaemun and Myeondong.. the front desk staff were so polite and helpful.. even the housekeeping lady.. when called for assistance to our room, they came within 10 mins.. very prompt.

The swimming pool was excellent. Plenty of restaurants nearby including an Italian one in the hotel. The location is excellent close to many attractions and 100m away from the bus station that goes to the airport.

A really solid, comfortable hotel. It’s right near Namdaemun Gate and plenty of sights in a walkable radius. All 5 palaces are walkable (30-40mins for the very furthest ones) plus easy access to Myeong-dong (markets and shooping). The airport shuttle bus stops down the road at Fraser Place/Namdaemun Gate. Staff helped us work out booking buses to Busan.

Location was good. It has a famous clam soup restaurant infront. The hotel was easy to book Uber and taxi. The room was warm despite a cold Winter and our heater turned down. It was cosy. Comfortable beds and blanket.

Excellent location in a quiet, clean and safe area. Convenience store just at the corner, and beside is a really nice bakery too. Subway is only around 100m away. Bus stops are 200m away. Shower area is very clean, 99%. It's right on my top 10 clean stays list.

The room was huge, very clean, comfortable and nice and warm which was great for the freezing Korean winter. The location was perfect and super close to the City Hall metro station as well as a main road with many bus routes. The gym was a nice size and the pool was good for doing laps with the hot pool to warm you up afterwards.
