The fine print
Starting October 1, 2022, guests staying at the hotel will be charged additional charge when using the hotel's parking facility. The cost will be KRW 15,000 per vehicle per night on a first-come, first-served basis.
* For reservations that don't include parking, parking will not be allowed.There is additional charge for breakfast for children above 37 months. Guest need to pay additionally for their children above 37 months during stay at the hotel.Guests under the age of 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, cotton swab, and comb.
The children's policy applicable as of April 1, 2025 is as follows.

Children under 3 years old stay free when using existing bedding and breakfast is included.
Children 3-6 years old will be charged KRW 8,800 for breakfast when using existing beds.
Children 7-12 years old will be charged KRW 16,500 per child per night when using existing beds and KRW 16,500 for breakfast.
Children over 13 years of age are considered adults. Adult breakfast costs KRW 27,500.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room was better furnished than expected. Breakfast was really good, enjoyed the variations and all delicious. Had my first onsen experience, enjoyed it and also appreciate the free soba for supper.

The public baths were fabulous . Clean and modern. Bed was ok , room little larger than those found in Japan but need to quickly grab a pillow from pillow bar as the single pillow provided in room lumpy and uncomfortable Airport limousine bus from Incheon stops at next door Novotel hotel. So very convenient.
