The location was great for Myeongdong street market, the Palaces, Seoul station, Namsam Tower, and the subway was close by and very easy to use. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room was lovely, a good size, very clean. Storing some of our luggage while we visit Busan and will be returning back afterwards for a few more days before flying home.

Very small room but is comfortable on the bag shower head not too good can upgrade to the expensive version cos is too small n budget type

In the heart of Myeong Dong. Just in front Lotte departmental store. Smaller room but Clean and value for money. The best feature is the toilet, warm toilet bowl, perfect water pressure😁

We stayed in the connecting rooms. The room was hot and stuffy. Front desk had advised us to open the window if the central heating was too warm. But one of the rooms has NO window. Even the ventilation fan in the bathroom was switched off. Will not stay in this hotel again during cold weather.

Perfect location, we had friends who stayed at Lotte Hotel and it was just as good location as that 5* hotel for a much friendlier price. Ideal for us as we just wanted a clean and modern place to sleep as we were out shopping every day!

The toilet was huge. The bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient, near train station and there's a seven eleven right below the hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful.

We took the connecting room and nice gesture from the hotel on the complimentary cookies for my little one birthday. Good location with 3 convenient stores right next to it. Feel safe and good staying there.

Location was great. The underpass in front of the hotel leads directly into the Lotte department store Food court directly. Lotte Young Plaza is on the right of the hotel as we exit. Cross the road and it's Myeongdong night market. Bus stops on the main street goes to many tourist spots. Airport Limousine 6701 at Josen Westin hotel across the road is super convenient for travel to and from Incheon airport. Nearby hotel tgere are old traditional eateries along the way to the City Hall selling beef noodles, Bossam, ginseng chicken soup etc. Starbarks is right nwxt to hotel entrance and is a great place to have breakfast and coffee.,
