Besides the fact that there's no elevator and we had a room on the 4th floor everything else was great. It's a small space but enough to rest. It was nice and clean. No sewage smell from the bathroom. Washing machine with the dryer was great addition. Even though it's next to a very busy road it was very nice and quiet. It's few minutes away from the subway and bus stops. 7eleven around the corner and plenty of restaurants next door. Staff were nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the location and facilities. All the appliences had clear instructions in both korean and english that made it easy to understand and use. The mamagers were very friendly, helpful and kind. Special mention to Mr Soo who kindly helped us bring the luggage to the subway station! He was very reassuring and kept checking on us to make we will get to our destination safely. A very lovely gentleman! Will be staying here again for sure.

The staff at Beyond Residence went above and beyond. I had misplaced a valuable item in the taxi and the staff-on-duty readily assisted me in retrieving the item - helping me contact the ride-hailing app through various platforms, constantly giving me updates and even helping me pay the taxi driver who drove back to the hotel to return me my item. I offered to tip the staff and he even declined, and said it was his job. Cannot express how good the service is. Location is also great, just a few minutes walk to Jongno-3 train station. Would not hesitate to come back here again.

The location was very central and the nearby subway stations were very practical when travelling using public transport. It’s very convenient for reaching different areas of Seoul and also walkable from e.g. Ikseondong and Insadong. It was pretty small but more than enough for us - the 2in1 bathroom with shower & toilet + sink was quite cool and well planned. The staff is very nice and there is options to cook in a shared kitchen and wash laundry + store cool ingredients in your respective apartment. Would come again!😊

We really enjoyed our stay. Great spot easy to get around good restaurant. Staff are a great good kitchen coffee machine. We liked it.

Lovely staff, clean, great facilities (there is a kitchen downstairs with cooking facilities) and amazing location. There’s also a really nice rooftop areas with a little table - great sunset views!

we booked the same day as our check in since the airbnb we originally booked was nasty. they responded very fast and the manager was accommodating. they also responded immediately with requests. they let us leave our luggages on the hotel for free before we go on our flight. also the room was very clean.

- Location was opposite hanok village - Was in a quiet alley surrounded by other hotels. - within 5 min walk from the nearest train station - Convinence stores and food are located basically right outside the location.

We booked 2 rooms, both of them were nice and clean and it was very comfortable. There is a kitchen in basement in which u can do simple cooking and the staffs were very kind.
