Stayed here twice, first deluxe room and then standard room. The room was good and clean, nothing really to highlight that was outstanding. The location was the best, in Insadong, next to a nice small shopping street with art and tea accessories. Also nearby was this cute hanok village, with lots of cafes, definitely go there. And nearby, an outstanding Udon place called Gisaeng. We went back a couple of times.

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. It was very conveniently located at about 200 meters from the subway... The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again if I'd return to Seoul.

Fantastic central location, a short walk from the two major palaces and minutes from a Metro stop that makes it easy to get around the city. Room was a good size and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a very convenient position, close to the metro and at walking distance from many interesting places. The hotel staff was very nice. We were expecting a very small room, being mostly used to Japan, but we found a quite large one. We didn't try the breakfast, as there are many cheaper options nearby

Breakfast could use some more fresh fruit but outside of that was lovely … but the coffee machine is terrible so if you need a caffeine fix bring some instant with you .., but not to worry in Seoul there are coffee shops of all types around every 10 feet!

Excellent location. We journeyed out to different areas throughout our trip yet we always concluded that the restaurants/shopping was better around the hotel. Would highly recommend!
