There were a lot of products (shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toothpaste, ...) to use, which was very good and also an area with mirrors and tables for doing your makeup and a big fridge. The staff responded fast and everything in the house was labeled so you could find your ways around the apartment easily. Also the location is very good in the middle of Hongdae but still quiet at night. Curtains on the bed give privacy and there is a nicely sized common room with a kitchen and many kitchen utensils to use. Only things that weren't good was, that there was barely space for putting your clothes, the metal beds made a lot of noise and the mattress was already bending down in the middle. It didn't really bother me personally but maybe someone who needs a soft and quiet bed might not be comfortable

Location is great - walking distance to and from Hongik University Station and Hongdae Street. Facilities - washing machine and dryer machine is available. pay only 1000 krw to use it Breakfast - bread + eggs + milk and juice

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast was decent and provided a good start to our day, with a variety of options to choose from. The location is truly excellent—just a short walk to the AREX station at Hongik University, Exit 7—making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the common area in the kitchen, where we could gather as a family in the mornings. It was a great space to enjoy breakfast together and plan our daily adventures. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, adding to the overall comfort of our trip. The staff were exceptional—fluent in English, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed throughout our 8-night, 9-day stay. Their helpfulness made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we truly appreciated the convenience, comfort, and hospitality this hotel offered. Without a doubt, we will be returning for another stay in the future!

The location is easily accessible to the subway station, halal food and shopping street~ Easy self check in and check out.. Just follow their instructions upon receiving booking confirmation.

The guesthouse feels more like a flat share than a hostel which is a positive, it feels more cosy and independent. I like that there are breakfast foods, tea and coffee etc in the kitchen for breakfast and a cash jar to put what you owe inside, it shows trust from the owners for people to not abuse the system which is nice. The bathroom and showers were good and I like the common areas. Also very close to the station for easy travel anywhere

Location was great! No outside noise, but very close to all the fun shops and restaurants in Hongdae. Having two separate beds was really nice too. Contactless check-in was very speedy. There was a “balcony” of sorts, completely closed, but it gave extra space to hang out clothes after k-bbq, which was very pleasant. The AC was very powerful. The key to the room itself was a physical key and not a key card, which was nice.

Location was amazing, super close to shopping places, food and clubs, but it was also in a super quiet and chill area so it was nice. The guesthouse was clean and the room was spacious enough. Would totally rebook when I come back!
