Clean and comfortable. Good location, especially if you want to enjoy Hongdae and its nightlife. The area is awesome, full of life and restaurants. Great connection to and from the airport by Metro. Possibility to leave luggage at guesthouse before and after check-in. The washing and dryer machines easily available were sooo convenient for us. If you are only interested in visiting the main cultural sites, I would look into other neighbourhoods closer to those. Decent breakfast that you have to cook yourself.

There was living space, the location was amazingly centre to everything I needed - bars, shops, markets, restaurants etc. there were clean towels every day, a shower water filter, standard breakfast included, getting ready stations so that you don’t need to stay in the room

Very comfy bed, nicly heated room. Close to the subway station cost for a load of laundry is 1000 won.

A very good value for the money. Staff is very nice, cleaning the common areas every day. On the day of arrival they sent me a video of how to get there from the subway station which was very convenient.

Good breakfast, I liked how it was independent so you could make what you wanted, the bed I had was very comfy and I loved the curtains that go all the way around the beds - amazing. Very clean and broken things got fixed very quickly, great location, close to a good train station and also extremely close to a very popular shopping street.

The Guesthouse is few blocks away from the metro,, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Its like a home away from home kinda thing. They offer simple breakfast. The host is very responsive.
