Extremely helpful and professional staff going the extra mile to help guests. Friend and I were stuck at the foot of the mountain trail at night with no busses or taxis that can be called, we reached out to the staff who ensured that they would call a taxi to pick us up, and made every single effort to ensure that we were safely picked up by the taxi driver, and stayed in contact with the taxi driver. Hotel staff in question also went the extra mile to contact the management team of the mountain trail, who kindly found us and led us to a shelter while we waited for the taxi driver. Left a tip for the staff who went the extra mile to ensure our safe return.

The lobby staff are very nice and explained things clearly. The hotel room is big having 2 double bed which are comfortable. They have mechanical tower parking as well. Near to the Jeongbang waterfall and walking distance to Seogwipo Olle Market

The staff was so kind and really went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The location was really good and always close to a bus I needed to take.

- Room was very big, modern, and had been recently renovated. Overall, the room was very very nice - Even though our room was supposed to have city views, we actually had sea views, which was a plus - Staff was friendly - Breakfast was very complete, both with korean-style and western-style breakfast options - Everything looked clean and renovated - Nice area close to restaurants and public transportation, as well as some sightseeing areas (waterfalls, etc)
