Very friendly staff! The place has a fairly easy access location if you're driving. Outside area seemed very nice (didn't use due to weather). Area is fairly cold and humid, but the bed had multiple blankets and there was a heater in the room - no issues with temperature at all.

The location is great, as the closest metro stop is no longer than a 10 minute walk, and it's an interchange station, so it's very easy to get into the centre. The room we had was clean, private and a good size. The room had a fan and some fluffy blankets, so you could get warm/cool depending on personal preference. I would 100% stay here again

Staff were very kind. The beds were comfortable, not noisy and had curtains for the beds. There was plenty of natural light, lockers and the rooms are clean and didn't smell. There's a cheap cafe 1 minute away with great fresh bread in the morning Confeitaria Doce Requinte.

Check in was possible until 10p.m., the reception lady was really friendly but could not speak English, so we hat to rely on google translate. Bathroom was very clean

I was able to store my bike and prepare a bikebox for my flight. Extremely friendly staff. The owner even came around to help me disassemble my bike because I had some issues. Also I was allowed to send a package to the location prior to checkin, allowing me to travel to Portugal by bike with less luggage.
