All good. Except the music is too loud and end so late till 2am. Disturb our sleep.

Staff here are generally friendly from check-in till check-out. Parking is available outside the property though it is not within private compounds, there are an ambulance of security in the area.The property is nestled deep in the non-townish area of Batam, however accessible to the famous Golden Prawn seafood which is a few minutes walking distance away. Our studio was huge and definitely exceeded some of our expectations and we love the option of having a personal swimming pool and sun chairs. Breakfast were ala-carte though could be stepped up a notch.

The breakfast could have be more better in terms of buffet style have more variety to choose from. Instead of just order selected choices.
