Restaurants and service were amazing. We loved the a la carte breakfast too - looked forward to it every morning. BBQ night on the Wednesday was top tier, the spread that they put on was exceptional. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, shout out to Nova and Herwadi.

All staff and particularly the breakfast catering staff were exceptional in providing great service with a smile, (especially the manager Mr Hermadi). The a la carte breakfast was also excellent quality. Guest relations were attentive and prompt to address our requirements and any room change requests.

The location was perfect. Rooms well situated across the site. Restaurants were excellent. Great quality food. Breakfast was just perfect. Great choice. Freshly presented. All staff from front of house, restaurant, cleaners and grounds men , were all so friendly, kind and welcoming!

Amazing hotel, the staff we so eager to please us and really went out of there way to ensure we had a fabulous stay. The restaurants on the resort had amazing food and very friendly staff. I would come again to stay here.
