Friendly staff and nice resort. We were able to switch from mangsit suites to two seperate rooms, thanks to staff. We also had a change of plans and the staff were very accommodating in making changes without penalty..

I love this resort! The staff are the most friendliest people on the planet and are very accommodating. Great service and super helpful. The resort is breathtaking and surrounding by millions of palm trees and located right at the beach. We enjoyed all the facilities like spa, restaurants, multiple pools etc that the resort had to offer. We were treated discount vouchers for food and massages and got to do a free photo shoot by their Paparazi team. If you’re going to Lombok, GO HERE!

Very large family suite. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing. The gardens were beautiful. Breakfast was great. The location was beautiful, right beside the beach. We loved watching the waves each night.

Big complex with many possibilities to relax & enjoy. It is directly at the beach so you can have your breakfast with beautiful sea view. I loved semi-outdoor bathroom which felt like stepping into a different world.
